COVID Policies
All new clients must provide proof of being fully vaccinated at their first appointment.
Masking is optional as everyone that comes to Centered Healing is fully vaccinated. If you are more comfortable wearing a mask, then I will also wear a mask during your session.

Cancellation Policy
Sometimes, life is hectic & things come up that we cannot anticipate. If you are unable to make a scheduled appointment, I request 24 hours advanced notice, except in the case of illness, personal emergency or unsafe driving conditions.
I am happy to overlook isolated incidents. However, if a client frequently fails to show up for, or is chronically late for their appointments without calling, they will be responsible for the full fee of their scheduled appointment.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates have no expiration date and they are non-refundable.
Promotions and discounts cannot be applied to gift certificates.
If gift certificate recipient cancels, does not show up for their scheduled appointment without providing 24 hours notice, the gift certificate may be considered redeemed except in the case of illness, personal emergency or unsafe driving conditions.
Massage Packages
Massage packages must be used within 1 year of the date of purchase.
They are non-refundable, may not be redeemed for cash or combined with other promotions or discounts.
Failure to show up for your scheduled package appointment without providing 24 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of that appointment. The rest of the appointments in the package can be redeemed. Arriving late for your scheduled package appointment will allow only the remaining time of that appointment to be used. Exceptions to this policy are illness, personal emergency or unsafe driving conditions.
Confidentiality
Any information you share with me is strictly confidential. If you require me to speak with another medical professional with regard to your treatment at Centered Healing Therapeutic Massage, a release form will be provided & there will be no communication without your knowledge and written consent. I do not discuss my clients outside of my practice.
Health History
Whether you are seeking relaxation or therapeutic massage, I am required by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork & the American Massage Therapy Association to have my clients fill out a standard Health History Form before I can see them. I realize that a lot of people are concerned about sharing their personal information. As stated above, your personal information is kept strictly confidential. The intake form gives me information that will allow me to provide the safest & most effective massage to suit your needs.
